アドリブ芝居とCGアニメーションを融合させた脱力系ショートアニメとして人気の「Peeping Life」初の劇場版。手塚プロダクションとタツノコプロとのコラボレーションし、2013年にDVD発売された「Peeping Life 手塚プロ・タツノコプロ　ワンダーランド」に続くコラボーレション第2弾作品で、鉄腕アトムやキャシャーンといった手塚プロ、タツノコプロが生み出したヒーローたちが、「Peeping Life」風のユルいキャラクターとなって登場する。家の近所に怪獣が出現し、絶望的な状況に焦るコータとショータ。「こんな時は必ずヒーローが助けてくれる」と期待する2人だったが、肝心のヒーローたちはいつもと変わらぬ生活を送っており……。

Crew member Lei Menghan, unable to repay his debts and with nowhere else to turn, reluctantly agrees to his ex-wife's request to take care of her current husband, Hua Chengzhi, a primary school principal who is paraplegic.
